Speaking to journalists before Crystal Palace visit the Etihad Stadium, Guardiola also revealed that Sergio Aguero joins Claudio Bravo and John Stones on the injury list, while David Silva remains a doubt.

The Catalan did acknowledged his side must improve their home form if they are to secure their Champions League status, but is expecting a tough test from Sam Allardyce’s Eagles.
“They have huge quality in their strikers,” he said. “Benteke is one of the strongest players in the box in the world.
“Allardyce is a top coach. He took over a team in a bad situation and they make good results. This game, for our side, is so important.”
