Pep Guardiola reacts to the 2-1 win against Leicester City at the Etihad Stadium.
The boss was questioned on the performance, Gabriel Jesus, Leicester’s penalty being ruled out and much more.
City opened the scoring in the Premier League clash in the 29th minute when David Silva applied the finish to Leroy Sane’s cut back.
It was soon 2-0 five minutes later when Sane was fouled by Yohan Benalouane in the area and Gabriel Jesus notched from the penalty spot.
The away side pulled a goal back against the run of play shortly before half time when Shinji Okazaki volleyed home from ten yards out.
Into the second half and it was a nervy affair for the Blues, who looked to grab that all-important third goal to seal the three points.
The talking point came in the 76th minute when Riyad Mahrez’s successful penalty was ruled out due to him touching the ball twice before it hit the back of the net.
The Blues were able to see the game out following the incident to secure the three points and now look forward to Tuesday’s final home game of the season against West Brom.
