Willy Caballero said a part of his heart will always be blue as he gave his final interview as a Manchester City player.

The goalkeeper thanked City fans for their support during his three seasons at the Etihad Stadium and declared it a privilege to have had the opportunity to represent the Club.

Arriving from Malaga in the summer of 2014, the Argentine will be fondly remembered for his penalty shoot-out heroics in the 2016 League Cup final in which he denied three Liverpool players from 12 yards.

“From the first day I arrived, everyone at the Club has made me feel welcome and I will always be grateful to them,” said Willy.

“To win the League Cup in such dramatic circumstances was special and it’s a day I will never forget.”

Willy leaves Manchester City with the best wishes of everyone at the Club.
