Nick Cushing and Jill Scott: UWCL preview

Manager Nick Cushing and midfielder Jill Scott spoke ahead of City’s Champions League semi-final clash...

The Blues host current Uefa Women’s Champions League holders, Lyon, on Sunday 22 April - kick-off at 1pm.

With a place in the final up for grabs both Cushing and Scott shared their feelings going into the clash.

The fixture will seem somewhat of a déjà vu as we met the French-side during exactly the same stage of the competition last year, where we lost 3-1 on aggregate following a 3-0 defeat at home and a 1-0 win away.
