Phil Foden says it’s a ‘dream come true’ to have signed a new deal with City.
The Stockport-born lifelong Blue has penned a new contract to 2024, having worked his way through the youth set-up to Pep Guardiola’s senior team.

One of the game’s brightest young English talents, playing for his boyhood side, Foden told CityTV he couldn’t be happier to have committed his long-term future to the Club.
“I’m over the moon,” he declared. “I’ve been here since day one – I’ve grown up and seen a lot of new faces and people.
“It’s a dream come true to sign a new contract.”
Foden also discussed his remarkable achievements, including his exceptional 2017 Under-17 World Cup campaign, plus his early memories of the Club and his idol.
