The Manchester City defender returned to the starting lineup for the 0-0 draw with Huddersfield before taking part in the trophy celebrations afterwards.
It was a fantastic occasion at the Etihad and Stones says it’s a proud moment for him and his family.
“Unbelievable, my voice has gone!” he said.
“It’s what dreams are made of. I never thought I’d win the Premier League, so to have this medal round my neck is special.”
