David Silva, one of Manchester City’s finest players, recently sat down with CityTV.
Ahead of Sunday’s 177th Manchester derby, he discusses the 6-1 in 2011, a game he believes will go down in history and one that turned the tide in terms of United’s dominance.
During that match, he registered one of the greatest assists ever seen on these shores, a half-volley pass that split the United defence and put Edin Dzeko through for the sixth.
He talks about that moment, as well as the growing respect United have for City and the increasing importance of the fixture on the world stage.
