Pep Guardiola remains adamant that his current squad is strong enough, and claims that he has no need to look for new recruits in the January transfer window.
Ahead of last weekend’s match against West Ham Pep stated that he has everything he needs already and won’t be looking to bring in additional cover or new faces.
The boss was, once again, asked about the upcoming transfer market with a particular focus on needing cover for Fernandinho.

When asked whether the Brazilian could play every game this season, Pep responded: “No way. We could play him every game but we would kill him!
“Danilo, Fabian Delph, Ilkay Gundogan, Oleks Zinchenko can all play there.
“I’m so delighted with squad we have. Imagine if we bring another – it’s better like this.”
