Pep Guardiola insists there is still more to come from Raheem Sterling after the winger scored a hat-trick on the opening day of the new Premier League season.
Sterling spearheaded our 5-0 victory over West Ham with a fine performance at the London Stadium.
It prompted discussion as to whether the England man can record the highest goals tally of his career to date this season, and Guardiola believes Sterling can still improve.
“He is one [of most dangerous players in Premier League],” the manager said ahead of the visit of Tottenham on Saturday.
“If you look at the top six teams you find top players. We have many, like Raheem Sterling. I haven’t watched the other games but he is performing so well.

“Everybody wants more and he wants more. It was just the first game of Premier League season.”
Sterling lined up in a front three with Gabriel Jesus and Riyad Mahrez against West Ham, and Guardiola says the level of competition in his squad is there to be relished.
“Everybody deserves to play because the quality of the team is really good,” he said.
“We can talk about the line-ups but we have to think about what is best for the team and how to beat our opponent.”
