Kevin De Bruyne said Manchester City could have put five past West Ham United following his side’s 1-0 win over the Hammers.
City prevailed 1-0 winners on Tuesday night at the Etihad Stadium after Sergio Aguero tucked a penalty into the back of the net mid-way through the second half.
Felipe Anderson brought down Bernardo Silva inside the 18 yard box and the Argentinian cooly slotted home from the spot.

Despite the scoreline only finishing 1-0, Pep Guardiola‘s side had several big chances throughout the match.
De Bruyne said after the game that it was a good sign that the side were creating these chances, regardless of the scoreline.
“I think we played well. In the first five minutes it could have been 3-0 but today we couldn’t just score.
“In the end we didn’t concede any notable chance against us and the last five minutes was just game management.
“I think the most important thing is to create these chances and on other days they will fly in but today it just didn’t happen.
“In the end we played well enough to win the game and it was good.”
