Pep Guardiola says Manchester City face a step into the unknown when we travel to Huddersfield Town on Sunday.
The Terriers parted company with former manager David Wagner on Monday and the Club’s Under-23 manager Mark Hudson will take charge this weekend.
As he looked ahead to the trip across the Pennines, the Blues boss said it would present a tough challenge for his players and he also paid a handsome tribute to Wagner’s work with Huddersfield.
“First of all, big compliment for David Wagner and the job he has done at the club,” said Guardiola.
“More than 40 years and he got them promoted (to the Premier League) and had an incredible season last year after promotion.
“He did an incredible job as it’s not easy to compete in the Premier League.

“Now it’s a problem - when you have one game with a new manager you have a little idea.
“But we don’t know how they are going to play: five at the back, short or long balls, one striker or two strikers, high or low pressing - we have to adapt after five or 10 minutes.
“The players immediately have to understand what is going to happen and adapt as quickly as possible.”
