With Jesus on target, Walker has been quick to provide praise to the young striker, stating that he’s making it hard for manager Pep Guardiola not to put him in City’s starting eleven!
“That’s a credit to him,” Walker told ManCity.com. “He’s young and still learning and probably isn’t getting as many games as he wants but he’s got a top player in front of him in Sergio.
“Full credit to him though because when he gets him chances he makes it difficult for the manager to not pick him.
“He just needs to keep learning and working hard.”
