Kyle Walker says City’s travelling support at Craven Cottage was the team’s ‘twelfth man’.

The England defender also said the 2-0 win over Fulham was the perfect way to return from the international break.
“They never stopped singing and they’ve come in numbers a long way for an early kick-off,” he said.
“They are the twelfth man when the team needs it most and I’d just like to say a massive thank you to each and every one of them.
“It was a good win and we were determined to make a fast start and take control.
“The early goals settle any nerves and we just have to keep winning and put pressure on Liverpool.
“We had a run of games when they played first and they had to react but now we’re playing first.”
