Ilkay Gundogan says Raheem Sterling is the man who makes the difference for Manchester City.
Sterling followed up his hat-trick against Atalanta on Tuesday with another goal and man-of-the-match display in the 3-0 win over Aston Villa.
It’s now 13 goals in 14 matches this season for the England forward.
He’s in the form of his life and seemingly getting better, something Gundogan feels is key for City right now.
“It’s great because he is always able to do something with the ball,” said the German midfielder.
“He makes runs and makes it easy for me to chip the ball behind the back four or to play the pass through.
“At the moment it feels like he is unstoppable and hopefully over the next few months he can keep that level because he is the man who makes the difference for us.”
