The 17-year-old featured during our preseason tour of Asia but has played for the Elite Development Squad since returning home.

However, Guardiola says he is now part of the senior set-up and refused to rule out utilising the youngster in Tuesday’s Carabao Cup tie at Preston North End.

“From now on, he will train with us,” said the City boss.
