RODRI: “Fortunately this is my second year playing in the UCL. I’m young, I don’t have that experience. UCL is the greatest tournament. All the good clubs fight for it. It’s tough. You have to be focused all the time, if not you’re out. It will be a good challenge for us. We are focused on this competition. We dream of this competition. We have to be focused all the time or you go out.”
PEP: “I want to win it. If I don’t, it won’t change my life. I will do my best. In my first presser before my first UCL game here it was the same question. I was brought here to continue a project with Txiki after what Pellegrini had done. The people want to win. The fans want to win it too. Without them at home it is impossible. It is impossible to win the UCL without feeling we want to win it. We are going to try with our football to seduce our friends to say we can do it. We’re going to try again. I would be happier if we won it but if I don’t we’ll try again.”
