Bernardo Silva warned that there is still work to do despite City’s superb 3-1 Carabao Cup semi-final first leg derby win at Manchester United.

The Portuguese midfield marvel delivered a man-of-the match display, scoring a stunning opener to set us on our way at Old Trafford.

Despite the healthy advantage however, Bernardo insisted he and his colleagues would take nothing for granted in the second leg at the Etihad on January 29th.

“Nothing is over but it’s always important to start this way,” Bernardo reflected.

“We still have 90 minutes and we want to give our fans a final

“We know what the derby means to be them 

“We have to attack and try to create chances in the second leg.”
