Pep Guardiola fields journalists' questions in his after-match press conference....

Pep Guardiola says he is honoured to have witnessed Sergio Aguero breaking Thierry Henry’s overseas goal record and set a new Premier league hat-trick record.

The Catalan boss, speaking after City’s thrashing of Aston Villa, expects Sergio to score many more goals, too.

“It is an honour for me to here when Sergio achieved these records,” said Pep.

“He is an incredible legend and he will score goals for as long as he plays.

“It is very special for me and hopefully, he will score many more goals for us.

“He has helped make English football and the Premier League better.”

Pep said the idea is always the same behind his team’s philosophy, no matter who plays or what the formation is.

“Against United we had no strikers, today we had two - it doesn’t matter because we always try to play the same way. The Idea is always the same.”
