A superb second-half display from Manchester City did the damage as we dismantled Leicester to move 16 points clear at the top of the Premier League.

Raheem Sterling opened the scoring, before Jamie Vardy’s brilliant equaliser saw the sides go in at half-time on level terms.

But Sergio Aguero took over in the second period, scoring four brilliant goals to seal a 5-1 win.

Afterwards, Pep Guardiola said: “The first half we started well with the first goal but after that we were not in the right positions to play quicker.

“In the first half we were not perfect. Leicester are so complicated. Especially Vardy, who is so dangerous.

“After that we controlled the game.

“When one guy scores four goals, he deserves all the credit. He fought, he played really good, he scored goals.”
