1968 League win highlights: Newcastle 3-4 City

Today marks 50 years since City’s 1968 League win, and to celebrate we are taking a trip down memory lane…

Back in 1968, the Blues travelled to Newcastle level on points with Manchester United at the top of the table.

We went on to seal a 4-3 win over the Magpies and, in turn, secured our first League title since 1937.
