Back in action after the international break, Pep Guardiola’s side were in devastating form in the first half against Manuel Pellegrini’s Hammers, netting through David Silva, Raheem Sterling and Leroy Sane.

And Sane rounded off a wonderful team display by claiming his second and City’s fourth deep in stoppage time

The four-goal salvo also ensured that we extended our superb record at the Hammers’ new ground to four wins from four visits while victory maintained our two-point lead at the top of the table over Liverpool.
