It was a night of frustration for Paul Harsley’s young charges at Stevenage’s Lannex Stadium.
Despite being hit by injuries to a number of key personnel, City dominated both possession and territory and carved out a host of chances.
Ultimately however, first-half goals from Spurs’ duo Shayon Harrison and Paris Mahonga condemned the Blues to their second loss of the 2018/19 season.
