City have been in a battle with Liverpool over the past few seasons for the right to wear the top-flight crown but this time, it was Arsenal who fought for the championship.
There were twists and turns, amazing moments, great goals and, ultimately, a come-from-behind success for Pep Guardiola’s men who saw off the Gunners to claim our third title in a row.

It was a joyous afternoon after City v Chelsea as Ilkay Gundogan raised aloft the coveted trophy in front of 53,490 fans.
We’d won it the previous evening as Mikel Arteta’s team lost to Nottingham Forest but the celebrations the next day, following a 1-0 win, will live long in the memory.
That result may not have mattered too much but there had been some hugely important results along the way en route to our fifth title in six seasons.
