Our midfield marvel made 49 appearances for the Club in all competitions as Pep Guardiola’s side cemented City’s place in the record books once again.
And Bernardo was once again a central figure in City’s march to what was our sixth title in seven years.
All told, the 29-year-old enjoyed another stellar individual campaign, contributing 11 goals and 10 assists across the season.

Bernardo also played a key part in our FIFA Club World Cup triumph last December, scoring in the 3-0 semi-final over Urawa Red Diamonds before featuring for the full 90 minutes in City’s dominant 4-0 final triumph over Fluminense of Brazil.
He also served up numerous moments of individual magic not least a quite outstanding back-heeled flicked goal that helped City to a crucial 3-2 league win away at Newcastle in January.
