Bernardo Silva insisted City would take the positives from Monday’s goalless draw at Crystal Palace, pointing out the title is still in our hands.

The Portuguese midfielder and his City colleagues did everything but score at Selhurst Park on a night which saw us twice hit the post and create countless other excellent opportunities.

Ultimately though the game ended goalless with City extending our lead at the top of the Premier League to four points from Liverpool who have a game in hand.

Reflecting on the result, Bernardo admitted to a feeling of frustration but said our title destiny was still in our own hands.

“We played well and created chances but it’s disappointing to finish with just one point,” said Bernardo.
