Ahead of Wednesday's decisive second leg against Bayern Munich, we look back on our best goals during Champions League quarter-finals.

Pep Guardiola‘s side have reached the last eight of the competition for the sixth successive season and will take a 3-0 lead to Germany this time around.

Goals from Rodrigo, Bernardo Silva and Erling Haaland made it a spectacular first leg victory at the Etihad Stadium last Tuesday.

However, having reached this stage many times before, we’ve scored some incredible goals in a bid to make the final four.

Who can forget Kevin De Bruyne‘s winner against Paris Saint-Germain back in 2016 to take us to our first semi-final?

Although we came out on the wrong side of the tie in the final moments, there were excellent finishes by Raheem Sterling and Sergio Aguero in the 4-3 second leg win against Tottenham Hotspur in 2019.

Phil Foden scored in both legs as we overcame Borussia Dortmund in the 2020/21 quarter-final, including a piledriver to finish the tie off in Germany.

There was just one goal in last season’s success, with Foden feeding De Bruyne for the winner in Manchester.
