Oscar Bobb was left downbeat after the 2-1 Premier League defeat against Wolves, but he is determined to bounce back from the setback.

An unfortunate Ruben Dias own goal put the hosts ahead after just 13 minutes at Molineux Stadium.

Academy graduate Bobb was introduced for the second-half and made an instant impact, earning a free-kick just outside the box which Julian Alvarez subsequently fired into the top corner.

Hwang Hee-chan then struck the winner to condemn City to our first league defeat of the season.

Bobb expressed his disappointment after the game, but also illustrated his determination to bounce back over the next few matches, starting with the Champions League test against RB Leipzig in midweek.

“We’re all a bit disappointed now of course. We should have done more I guess.

“We pushed for it [win] and unfortunately didn’t get it.

“Leipzig next, a big game ahead and then Arsenal. Only thinking forward.

“It’s not the greatest feeling now losing. I just want to keep pushing for more.

“It gives us the chance to prove that we’re still the best team, so yeah looking forward to it.”
