City's last 10 League Cup quarter-final goals

The Blues reached this stage of the competition with wins over Huddersfield and Swansea, meanwhile the Bees beat Bournemouth, Aston Villa and Grimsby to secure passage into the quarter-finals. 

City have a rich history in the League Cup, winning the major trophy eight times. 

The last of these triumphs came in 2021 when we beat Spurs 1-0 in Wembley’s showpiece courtesy of a goal from Aymeric Laporte in London.
