As part of Mental Health Awareness Week Manchester City legend and Premier League Inspires ambassador Paul Lake visited City Inspires students at Denton Community College.
In addition to enjoying the class Social Action Project presentation on mental health, Paul took part in a Q&A and discussed his own mental health experiences, as well as his career and life in and out of the game.
We caught up with Paul, as well as Denton College students and teachers, to see how the day went.
