For the first time since 2019, the Blue Run returned to outside the Etihad Stadium.
Participants could run, dance, or walk round the 2.5 or 5 kilometre course, all while being covered in blue paint by CITC staff members.
More than 1,000 people got involved in the event both on the Etihad Campus and internationally.
All funds raised from participants from this year’s Blue Run will go towards CITC’s mental health programme ‘City Thrive’.
Throughout the day participants were asked why they got involved in this year’s Blue Run.
Stuart Jones, a runner at the event said: “We wanted to put something back into the community, so we thought that this was a fantastic event to get involved in, especially since where we work is so big on mental health.”
