John Stones and Bernardo Silva played their final match for Manchester City while Pep Guardiola took charge for the last time.
The trio were given a huge ovation as they were welcomed to the pitch in front of a record Premier League crowd following the opening of the extended Pep Guardiola Stand.

And we were ahead midway through the half when Antoine Semenyo turned in Tijjani Reijnders’ corner at the far post.
Villa striker Ollie Watkins scored twice after the break while Bernardo and Stones left the pitch in tears when they were substituted in the second half as City fans said our final farewells.
