Focusing on the first leg of our USA Tour, the show brings you up to speed on all the goings on during our time in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
It’s been a busy few days since Pep Guardiola‘s men touched down on Friday evening, with plenty of activities and interesting locations to visit.
First, FG, Shaun Wright-Phillips and Joleon Lescott met University of North Carolina baseball star and Boston Red Sox draftee Shae Sprague, with our former City stars getting in the batting cages to test out their skills.
Next, it was time to make the short journey over to the basketball courts where Michael Jordan, one of the sport’s most iconic figures, began his career.

Joleon and Shaun were put through their paces by UNC’s Alyssa Ustby, but the less said about SWP’s trick shot attempt, the better!
Away from sport, Chapel Hill is famous for its blue fire engines, and FG paid a visit to the their fire department to find out more, getting to know the team there and even having a go at getting dressed in their uniform under timed conditions!
As a thank you, they were given hospitality tickets to our game against Celtic at the Kenan Memorial Stadium on Tuesday evening, where City were edged out in a thriller.

Elsewhere, you can see Micah Hamilton and Luke Mbete pay a visit to the North Carolina Special Olympics in our first episode, while James McAtee, Callum Doyle and Ben Knight all got out on the golf range at Drive Shack.

USA TOUR 2024
City are still to face AC Milan, Barcelona and Chelsea during the Club’s pre-season tour of the United States.
As always, mancity.com and the official app are the best places to keep across all things City during our time in the US.

All US Tour matches will be broadcast live on CITY+ in the following countries: United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Norway, Sweden and United Arab Emirates.
For Saturday’s clash with AC Milan, the following countries will also have access to the broadcast if purchasing CITY+ via the Man City App on iOS only: Albania, Cambodia, Georgia, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Philippines, Uzbekistan.
