An incredible afternoon began in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, with our Men’s and Women’s First Teams and Under-18s soaking up the atmosphere en route to the Etihad Stadium.
Presenters FG, Braydon Bent and Liam Loftus were on the separate buses grabbing interviews with players and staff alike, taking in the beautiful Manchester sun in the process.
Once we’d arrived at Co-op Live, it was time for the After Party to get under way, with Doves performing a memorable set of their best tracks ahead of the teams’ arrival.
First, our Under-18s’ FA Youth Cup triumph was celebrated, before our Women’s First Team soaked up the incredible atmosphere with presenters Natalie Pike and Cel Spellman.
Record goalscorer Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw had some special news to share on stage as well, much to the excitement of her team-mates and the City supporters.
Then, it was time for our Men’s First Team to have their moment, with Pep Guardiola, John Stones and Bernardo Silva all honoured in style.
Guest appearances from Noel Gallagher, Vincent Kompany and Fernandinho, among others, capped off a truly special night for Manchester City.
