'El Mago' made a welcome return to Manchester when Real Sociedad took on United recently.

During his time back in his adopted home city, David visited his statue at the Etihad Stadium for the first time.

He also stops to sign autographs as a handful of lucky passing Blues can’t believe their luck before moving over to the CFA to see the mosaic and pitch named in his honour.

Then he catches up with John Stones before meeting up with Pep and his backroom staff ahead of a training session.

David, who reveals he had just become a father again a couple of days before - this time to a baby girl - then promises to return with his family so they can see the statue for themselves.
