Lifelong City fan Gino King will represent England at the Deaf World Championships today and will be looking to make his mark in Malaysia.
From Prenton, Birkenhead, King is a City fan through his Mancunian father and has been a season ticket holder with his family since our Maine Road days.
City Studios spent time with King and his family to learn more about deaf football and how he’s become known as ‘The deaf Kevin De Bruyne‘.

King explains how he has never let his disability stop him from chasing his dream of becoming a footballer, and he now gets to compete on one of the biggest stages, the Deaf World Championships.
