There’s something really special about Champions League nights and this evening should be no exception as we face eight-time Bundesliga title winners Borussia Dortmund.

Pep Guardiola told waiting media he’s expecting a ‘fantastic atmosphere’ in a ‘fantastic stadium’ tonight at Signal Iduna Park – lovingly called Westfalenstadion by home supporters.

It is renowned for setting the pulse racing and the south terrace is nicknamed Die Gelbe Wand or ‘The Yellow Wall’.

But City will be heading there in high spirits as we look to do the double over Dortmund.

The home game between the teams, back in September, was one to remember as we came from behind, courtesy of incredible goals from John Stones and Erling Haaland, to secure a memorable three points.

In the present day, City currently sit top of Group G on 10 points, one place and three points above our German opponents.

All eyes are firmly fixed on tonight’s clash in what promises to be a night to remember.
