We're back on site with Ed Dalton, Director of Infrastructure and Development, to find out what's been happening on site over the last few months, and what's to come over the spring and summer.

As part of the development, the Club is expanding stadium capacity to over 60,000 as well as developing a new fanzone, museum, City Store, 401-bed hotel and a range of food and beverage outlets.

The North Stand itself will open during the 2025/26 football season, with the hotel, workspace and public realm works including City Square, opening in late 2026.

Once completed, the new facilities will sit alongside the 23,500 Co-op Live Arena – a joint venture between City Football Group and Oak View Group - within a wider entertainment destination that our fans, the people of Manchester and the rest of the world can visit and enjoy.
