The latest summit brought Young Leaders together to build their skills, confidence and knowledge, equipping participants to deliver inclusive football sessions across their own cities.
In Hyderabad, the visit highlighted how the initiative continues to grow. Young Leaders are taking ownership of sessions, engaging local participants and confidently demonstrating their development as coaches and role models.
Through the partnership with Etihad Airways, the Club is continuing to support young people with the tools needed to become positive leaders within their communities.
In Kochi, Young Leaders applied leadership and coaching techniques strengthened during the summit to deliver regular session across their communities.
The activities focussed on inclusion, teamwork and creating safe spaces for young people to play and connect – supporting the wider initiative of supporting healthier and connected communities through the power of football.
Reflecting on their experience, one Young Leader commented: “over the past few days, we have explored what leadership really means. We have also learnt so much about different cultures.”
