Watch extended highlights from our fantastic victory over West Ham as City become the first men’s team to win four titles in a row.

Pep Guardiola’s side needed a win at the Etihad Stadium in our last game to guarantee finishing top of the Premier League.

And we made the perfect start when Phil Foden smashed home a thunderous strike into the top corner inside two minutes.

He then slotted home Jeremy Doku’s cross to double our lead but Mohammed Kudus pulled a goal back just before half-time with a spectacular overhead kick.

It could have been an edgy second half but we regained our two-goal lead just before the hour when Rodrigo sidefooted home to send the Etihad into wild celebrations.

And they continued long after the full-time whistle as Kyle Walker lifted the Premier League trophy and City secured the title for a sixth time in seven years.
