Mahrez was in sparkling form in London, constantly posing a threat to the Tottenham defence and coming close on multiple occasions to finding the net.
The Algerian was also awarded the Man of the Match award for his display and Fernandinho was full of praise for his teammate.
“He’s really important,” he said. “He’s really confident. He has his confidence back and I’m really happy to see him high in confidence.
“He can help us a lot during the games.”
