The Brazilian - one of the greatest midfielders ever to don the sky blue shirt - made the switch from Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk on 6 June 2013.
He quickly became a fans’ favourite and even now is still an integral cog in the City machine.
Fast forward eight years and Fernandinho has picked up every domestic honour available, including five Premier League titles, one FA Cup and six Carabao Cups.
