The 20-year-old moved from Valencia in his native Spain to take up a new challenge in England in the summer and has made a big impact in his first few months here.
Asked to sum up his City experience so far at Tuesday’s pre-match press conference ahead of Wednesday’s latest Champions League group C game away at Olympiakos, the winger said he was relishing life at the Etihad.

“It’s a great motivation when a club like Manchester City is interested in you,” the Spanish international admitted.
“When they tried to sign me, I knew there was a big expectation on me, the club is huge, so it’s a big challenge.
“But I really wanted to come, and I am glad I came.”
