Julian Alvarez and Jeremy Doku netted late goals to help Pep Guardiola‘s men claim all three points in Germany.
Foden had good words to say about his 18-year-old team-mate and fellow Academy graduate.
“He did brilliant to pull it back to me. Two Academy boys linking up, it’s nice to see,” he said.
“He’s the one who changes the tempo for us when we need it.
“He’s sharp in the midfield and he breaks the lines. He’s a great talent to have.
“He made us play better today for sure.”
Foden also spoke about the team’s hunger to bounce back after successive defeats, praised the impact of Alvarez and Doku, and also touched on our perfect start to Group G.
