New signing Antoine Semenyo has made an impressive start at the Etihad, including an excellent finish in our home win over Wolves.

And in the Champions League, Erling Haaland scored the vital opener in our 2-0 win over Galatasaray with an exquisite finish.

City extended our lead at the top of the Women’s Super League with the pick of the goals coming from Vivianne Miedema in our victory over Everton at the Joie Stadium and Kerolin’s strike at London City Lionesses.

For the EDS, Reigan Heskey’s brilliant individual opening goal against Burnley was the best of the bunch in an 8-1 win at the Joie Stadium.

In the FA Youth Cup, City’s youngsters progressed to the fifth round with a 5-2 over Arsenal that included an excellent solo strike from Christian Dunbar-McDonald.

And in the Under-18 Premier League, Floyd Samba scored an unstoppable long-range free-kick in our 5-0 win at Blackburn Rovers.
