The youngster was in sparkling form during pre-season, but suffered a fractured bone in his leg prior to the season opener against Chelsea.
The Norwegian was introduced from the bench with five minutes left to play during the 2-0 Premier League victory over Leicester City, with Omar Marmoush and Grealish grabbing first-half goals.

Grealish was named Player of the Match after an influential display, but in his post-match interview with CityTV, the Englishman was full of praise for Bobb.
“Not only is Oscar a top, top player, I swear he’s one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet,” he declared. “He’s not got a bad bone in his body. It’s impossible for him to be nasty or anything.
“He’s just such a nice calm boy. And listen he’s had a difficult season with the injury, he was on fire in pre-season. So I’m hoping he can get that form back. Obviously it will take some time.
“But I think all the players and the staff members are so happy for him because we see what he’s like on a day-to-day.
“He’s such a lovely lad. I’m absolutely delighted for him.”
Grealish also spoke about the team’s confidence after winning successive matches following the international break, touched on his personal hopes for the rest of the season and looked ahead to this Sunday’s crunch clash with rivals Manchester United.
