It has been another busy few days that saw us travel down to London for a huge game with Mikel Arteta’s side, who have been in outstanding form in the first half of the season.
We follow the first team from the CFA and back again, starting with training and some shooting drills trying to place the ball in Ilkay Gundogan’s ‘postage stamp’.

Then it’s down to the capital on the train and to the team hotel for ‘Riyad pasta’ ahead of the game against the Gunners.
Game faces on, it’s over to the Emirates for the best of the behind-the-scenes action from our 3-1 victory when goals from Kevin De Bruyne, Jack Grealish and Erling Haaland took us back to the summit of the Premier League.
And after a return trip in the early hours, there’s time for a recovery session as thoughts turn to another tough Premier League trip away to Nottingham Forest.
