A busy weekend was then rounded off at the Joie Stadium where Gareth Taylor’s City followed suit to Pep Guardiola’s side, recording a superb 4-0 Barclays Women’s Super League success over Liverpool.
It proved the perfect way to round off domestic action for GT’s side ahead of the February international break.
