Making the switch from Chelsea, the Croatia international has penned a four-year deal at the Etihad Stadium, keeping him at the Club until 2027.
And our cameras were there every step of the way as he swapped London for Manchester.
We begin at Manchester airport where the 29-year-old flew into the city before accompanying him to the Manchester Institute of Health and Performance where Kovacic’s medical took place.
Following the testing’s conclusion, we then linked back up with Mateo at the City Football Academy where he completed his Club media assignments after officially signing his contract alongside Director of Football Txiki Begiristain.
