The City star was accompanied by another Jack, who is an actual Amazon delivery driver and the pair drove from house to house leaving City and Amazon goodies for Blues fans around Manchester.
They made deliveries to supporters who live close to the Etihad Stadium and gave a big surprise ahead of Christmas and the game at Elland Road on 28 December (kick-off 20:00 UK).
First on their route was a visit to Summer, who plays for the City girls youth team, and she introduced them to her dog who is aptly named Blue.
Next on the day was a stop to City season ticket holder Mark, who chatted with Jack about their shared desire to see City lift the Champions League trophy.
The final visit was to brothers Aiden and Jake, who also play for City youth teams and were in the process of getting ready for training that evening.
Everyone who was visited received a special delivery of Amazon items, including Amazon Fire TV Sticks.
Along the way, Grealish and delivery driver Jack discussed Erling Haaland’s impressive start to the season and some of their shared interests, such as DJing.
Grealish also delved into what life is like for an Amazon delivery driver, including some of the strangest items Jack has ever had to deliver and some of the logistics of the job.
