With just 50 days to go until the inaugural edition of the expanded format gets under way, City are preparing for a busy summer in the US.
Our tournament will begin with group stage matches against Moroccan club Wydad AC, UAE-based Al Ain and Italians Juventus.
Only the top two will progress to the Round of 16, where straight knockout ties will be played all the way to the final at the MetLife Stadium.

With the best sides from all continents heading there, it’s set to be an unforgiving challenge in a month-long festival of football.
While there’s still plenty for us to play for domestically between now and then, Gvardiol knows what success this summer would mean.
“I can’t wait to have the opportunity to play there and maybe to achieve something really special,” he said in a recent interview with FIFA.
“Of course, everyone wants to lift the trophy, but there is only one team who can lift it. Hopefully, we can be that one team, especially after the whole season and what we’ve been through.
“We’re not going there for a holiday or a vacation. We’re going there for a new challenge, to try to achieve something and to win a trophy.”

City’s trophy-laden era under Pep Guardiola has seen the Club grow dramatically around the world, with more and more fans particularly in America falling in love with our beautiful football.
Gvardiol has seen that support a long way from home first hand on last summer’s pre-season tour and he’s confident there will be good backing for us again this time around.
“Last year, we went on pre-season in America,” he said.
“I didn’t expect we’d have so many fans there! When we went for a walk in New York, and there were just so many people following us.
“This tournament is something a bit different. We’re going to have the opportunity to see how the atmosphere is from fans around the world.
“I think there will be a good atmosphere, not just at the stadiums, but also around the cities. It’s going to be really beautiful.”
